Summer Schedule is up!

The Summer Schedule is up! Check it out on the weekly schedule page on the website. There are little changes here & there, and some new arrivals on the schedule.

My wife, Ayanna & I will be teaching the Classic 84 together at Array Yoga on Wednesday’s at 12pm. This is a $20 specialty class, and experience is necessary. Ayanna & I have been practicing & teaching this class together & individually for over 15 years, and it is an honor to lead this class together in the new studio. This class is a light that practitioners can add to their flame. Something to stoke the fire of your practice.

More announcements & info to come. We look forward to seeing you in class!

New Vinyasa time & teacher!

Hello ! The schedule for summer will be posted soon, and will include some more classes, teachers, and styles of Yoga.

First off I’ll introduce the newest member of the Array Yoga team, Nicole Duncan Hess. She will be teaching a weekly Vinyasa class Thursdays at 630pm.

There are many kinds of Vinyasa Yoga. Nicole is trained in Power Yoga, a Vinyasa Yoga style created by Baron Baptist. It is categorized as Vinyasa because of the posture sequence & the tempo of class, but the intricacies of “Power Yoga” make it a great individual yoga style, and a challenging workout suitable for all student levels.

Come & welcome Nicole to the studio starting this Thursday, 6/7/18, at 630pm! Below is a little more information about Nicole, and her yoga journey.

Nicole Hess fell in love with Power Vinyasa Yoga in 2014. After practicing a few years she obtained her 200RYT in 2017 from 502PY. During the day you can find her at home caring for her two children, and working with individuals as a Wellness Coach. When not practicing on her mat, Nicole is enjoying the simple things with her awesome husband, kids, dogs and chickens while playing and working the country life.
