This Tai Chi Workshop is for everybody. We will work on traditional Tai Chi warm ups & warm downs called Qigong & Neigong, which are excellent home practice to take home with you. We will also learn a whole beginners Tai Chi form. Students will also receive a video link to help them continue the form practice at home.

These practices have the same benefits as yoga within a different style of movement, and you don’t need a mat, heat, or guided instruction to practice at home once the form is memorized. The practice of Tai Chi, Qigong & Neigong build strength, stability, focus, and coordination in sneaky ways. Often you don’t realize how much your working out until you are done, and you feel your heart rate & your thighs. Without the deep stretching & the resting poses of yoga, a regular practice will improve both your stretching & your rest, by building your coordination, and ability to express your intentions.
