This Memorial Day weekend , Array Yoga Studio will have a 9:30 am Lionflow Yoga class on Monday the 27th, and no classes in the evening. Back to the regular schedule Tuesday the 28th. Have a great holiday!

Array Yoga will only have the 11:15am class this Saturday. Ayanna will be back to teach her Classic Hatha class next Saturday 5/18 at 12:30pm. Have a wonderful Mothers day, and many blessings to all the Mothers!

Array Yoga studio will have the usual 11:15am Lionflow Yoga Intro class. We will also have Ayanna’s wonderful Classic Hatha Yoga class at 12:30pm.

As well, after consideration about what class to have on Sunday’s at the studio it has been decided to use Sunday for special classes. We’ll call it the Sunday Special 😁

This Derby weekend , on May 5th, the Sunday Special will be a 10am Silent Class with Glenn . This Silent Class will be a Hatha Class. “Silent Class” in this case means lots of music, simple instruction, and time to go deeper into your independent focus .
