Teachers

Ayanna Brown, the 2025 World Yoga Champion, and 2023 USA Champion, and owner of Indiana Hot Yoga, will be teaching her favorite class, the Old School 26 & 2, which she has been teaching since 2001. Her passion, dedication, and insights are uplifting for anyone lucky enough to take her class. 

Glenn Brown, the 2018 National Yoga Champion, 4th degree Blackbelt Master of Xingyiquan Kung-fu, Tai Chi Sifu, and creator of Lionflow Yoga, will teach separate workshops on Tai Chi, and Lionflow Yoga. 

Workshop Descriptions

Two Old School 26 & 2 Workshops – For Ayanna’s 26 & 2 Workshops you’ll get the opportunity to take an authentic 26 & 2 class from a National & World Champion & teacher with 25 years of experience. She will give extra helpful details for the postures & practice method, along with time after class for Q & A. These workshops will propel your practice forward with the knowledge & confidence of how to use the class as therapy.

Tai Chi Workshop – Tai Chi is a great way to learn how to play with what you’ve learned in Yoga. Challenging your focus, coordination, and balance in new ways with a beautiful & flowing form. The self expression & meditation qualities are good for everybody, and everybody is welcome. In this Tai Chi Workshop we’ll learn a beginner form of Tai Chi, along with the traditional warm ups, Qigong & Neigong. We will also discuss the connection of Tai Chi, Kung-fu & Yoga. As well, participants will receive a video playlist to help them continue their practice.

Lionflow Yoga Workshop – In the Lionflow Yoga Workshop you’ll get a chance to try a different form of yoga made as a warm up for Kung-fu. This style of Yoga was also developed to help students be better prepared for whatever style of Yoga they usually practice, or whatever else they may practice. Weight distribution, leverage, and breath are the main focus, and the tricks learned in this class will translate to more strength, coordination, and intention in whatever else the students practice.
