Donation based workshop with Glenn this weekend, Saturday the 21st of Sept. at Hot Yoga Louisville, from 4 to 6pm. In this workshop, we’ll do a posture clinic for the end of the 26 & 2 class, from fixed firm to breath of fire. We’ll also cover a home practice series made for building patience & concentration power in your yoga practice. All are welcome & there is no minimum donation.
