Closed Tonight 2/10/21

Hello Everybody,

It is getting bad out. I was slipping around coming home from lunch. So class is canceled tonight 2/10/21. Be safe & have a great night. Sincerely,

Glenn Brown

Starting Small in 2021

Happy New Year Everybody!

Array Yoga Studio / Lionflow Yoga HQ, will take a cautious step toward reopening this year. In my heart I have been back & forth on how to start over again. If 2020 taught me anything it is that a rushed process moves backward instead of forward, or like the old story, the tortoise wins the race.

To the point, the studio will start with one in person class a week on the studio schedule. Following the example of IUS, it will begin Wednesday January 13th. The intention of waiting is to have sufficient time to observe your health after the holiday gatherings, and before you enter the home studio for a small group class.

Private lessons are available, and class collaborations with other studios are still on the schedule. More information will come soon about many exciting things for this year. Many blessings everyone, and again Happy New Year.

The Temporary in person Schedule –

Wednesdays – 6:15 – 7:15pm / Lionflow Yoga

Farewell 2020

Array Yoga Studio will have 2 more classes this year to say farewell to 2020. Wednesday 12/23 & 12/30 from 6:15 to 7:15pm You can sign up for these classes online. Class sign ups end a half hour before class, but please do not wait until the last minute to sign up unless it’s unavoidable. New developments & direction for 2021 are in the  R & D stage, and we are looking forward to the work ahead, and sharing it with you.

Glenn will still be teaching his usual weekly classes at Bikram Yoga Indiana & Hot Yoga Louisville, and private lessons as scheduled. Just FYI. We are wishing all of you happy holidays.

Ugh… House is blocked by roadwork

So… class is canceled for tonight, 11/19, at Array Yoga because our whole house is blocked with the city working on the sidewalks & driveways. We have to walk through our neighbors yard to get to our house, and parking is limited. So next week things should be ready to go, but I will keep you posted. Be safe & have a great weekend!

There is class tonight at the Studio

Hello, I just fixed a glitch in the sign in app so that Monday’s in person class, the 6:15 pm Intro to Lionflow, is now visible & available to sign up for. Many blessings everyone, have a great week!

Cautiously Opening

Array Yoga Studio is open again for in person classes. It has been a back & forth struggle in my own mind as everytime I think about taking a step forward the covid numbers spike. I believe both in being considerate to each other’s health, and in beginning to live life around each other again. Caution in mind I will take baby steps in opening back for live class.

Starting today we will have three in person classes on the weekly schedule. The online classes will be individually scheduled as one time doesn’t stand out as the best time for an online class yet.

The New weekly schedule is as follows;

Monday – 6:15 – 7:15 pm , Intro to Lionflow Yoga

Wednesday – 6:15 – 7:15 pm , Lazy Lion Yin Yoga

Thursday – 6:15 – 7:30 pm , Lionflow Yoga

Classes start tonight , 11/11/2020

To sign up go on the website, and sign up through the pocketsuite app. If you have trouble reach me through the contact page & I will help you sign up. Class is limited to 4 students, and sign ups end a half hour before class. A waiting list is set up so if people cancel, the wait list is notified a spot has opened for them. For that to work though, people need to cancel if they cannot make it to class. None cancelation will result in being charged for class without refund.

In person classes on the regular weekly schedule are $15, and one package will be made available – 6 classes for $60 .

The rules for class will be posted on the home page. Simply put, where a mask until you’re on your mat, show up at least a few minutes before start time, and don’t come to class if you feel sick.

I look forward to seeing you in class. Sincerely,

Glenn Brown

Thursday class is on this week

There will be an in person Thursday night class this week, 11/5, from 6 to 7pm. That is the only class for this week. In preparation for the new schedule the Thursday night class will be listed simply as Lionflow Yoga. The level of Lionflow Yoga class we do will be based on the students in class. I would like to use this night for the intermediate & advanced class levels, but the intro form will be used when needed as well.

The new schedule will be 3 week nights to start. I am still considering what the best start time will be, but the classes will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. I will post more on the schedule to begin next week asap.

More news, my wife & I will be teaching the Classic 84 class together at Hot Yoga Louisville on the first Fridays of each month. We teach the first…. First Friday on 11/6 from 6 to 7:30pm. You can sign up for this class at hotyogalouisville.com .

Hot Yoga Louisville has been a wonderful studio to work with, and this class will be a lot of fun. It is also a chance for people in Louisville interested in the Yoga Championship to learn all the poses for the Championship. Joining the competition is not required, but a little experience is advised for taking this class.

That is all the news for now, and the new schedule will go up very soon. I look forward to seeing you in class! Sincerely ,

Class tonight 10/29

Hello ,

We will have an in person class tonight at Array Yoga Studio, Thursday 10/29, and the student limit is 4. The single class price is $15. Packages will not be posted until a more full schedule is posted.

The schedule has not been posted yet honestly because of the spike in Covid. This is a tricky time as a business owner…. and really just as a human being in general. So… unless we enter a lockdown I will have the new schedule up before next Wednesday to begin next Wednesday, 11/4. The day after election day, and the 1st week of November. As part of this endeavor I will also try to keep at least 1 online class a week for those not ready to return to the studio in person.

Ok, so …. I’m working on it, I miss you guys, and my family is sending love to all those who have helped keep us a float by coming to class. I am grateful for the journey this has been & will be. Many blessings everyone, and don’t forget to vote.

Soft Opening

Array Yoga Studio will have its first in person class since the March this Thursday, 10/22, at 6pm. This is a soft opening. There is still work to be done on the garage & the schedule. So tomorrow’s class will be for free or donation as it has been, and prices, packages, and the schedule will be posted soon. It is a scary time to open, but we will take necessary precautions to keep each other safe. You can sign on for class on pocketsuite. The Reopening Protocol are listed below. I’m excited to see you in class again!

Reopening Protocol

1. Do not come to class if you are not feeling well.

2. Only 4 people can sign up for this first class to see if there is room for more students to safely distance. 4 students can definitely fit with proper social distance.

3. Mask are required when you are not on your Yoga mat.

4. Bring your own props, ie. mat, towel, water, bolster, blanket. As needed for the type of class.

5. Come dressed. The bathroom will be available when necessary, but extra visits can be avoided, such as changing for class, to reduce traffic going into the house.

6. Come on time ( before start time ). The Garage door will close at class time.

7. Please don’t bring your pets. If they are left in your car my neighbors are likely to call authorities.
