Tai Chi Short forms
All levels welcome, no experience necessary! In this class we’ll cover beginner series from the 5 styles of Tai Chi, and traditional Qigong & Neigong warm ups. These forms take 2 to 5 minutes to practice once they’re memorized, and they’re a great way to begin practicing at home on your own ( between classes 😉 ). Drop ins are welcome at all classes.
Schedule Dates – Oct. 4th – Nov. 22nd. 8 sessions total. Class is every week, but different forms will run for sessions of varying length.
Cost – $15 drop in single class

Kung-fu for Wellness – Xingyiquan forms
This half hour between classes will be used to go over any forms students would like to review from the Tai Chi & Kung-fu classes. You have to attend class to take part in the review time, but it is free for students.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary! In this class we work on forms from the historic Xingyiquan Kung-fu Lineage. This style was developed with both wellness & martial arts in mind. We keep a fun, form focused environment suitable for both the non-violent, and the trained fighters. We do not spare in this class, but you will develop your instincts, focus, efficiency, and control of your weight distribution, which is great for both wellness, and sparing skills. You can practice just for fitness, or begin to work your way through the belt system. Come & enjoy the combination of self expression, and community.
