Array Yoga will only have the 11:15am class this Saturday. Ayanna will be back to teach her Classic Hatha class next Saturday 5/18 at 12:30pm. Have a wonderful Mothers day, and many blessings to all the Mothers!

Array Yoga studio will have the usual 11:15am Lionflow Yoga Intro class. We will also have Ayanna’s wonderful Classic Hatha Yoga class at 12:30pm.

As well, after consideration about what class to have on Sunday’s at the studio it has been decided to use Sunday for special classes. We’ll call it the Sunday Special 😁

This Derby weekend , on May 5th, the Sunday Special will be a 10am Silent Class with Glenn . This Silent Class will be a Hatha Class. “Silent Class” in this case means lots of music, simple instruction, and time to go deeper into your independent focus .

This Saturday at Array Yoga we will only have the 11:15am Intro to Lionflow Yoga class. Ayanna’s 12:30 Classic Hatha class will return May 4th. Have a great weekend!

The future schedule for Sunday classes is still under consideration, so in the mean time, tomorrow, Sunday the 14th we will have a pop up Silent class at 9:30 am. It will be the Classic 84 Hatha, and all are welcome. $15 drop in, and it is covered by class packages.

Easter Sunday, April 21st, Array Yoga will be closed. More announcements are coming, including information about an Indisciplinary Array Yoga Teacher Training coming this summer. Have a great weekend!

Array Yoga Studio will be closed this Friday, April 5th through Sunday the 7th. We will be back open for the regular schedule Monday, April 8th. We are traveling to the Regional Yoga Championship where both Ayanna & Donna will be competing for Indiana in their respective divisions, and working for their spots in the National Championship. If you would like to see them compete look up USA Yoga on Facebook, and they will have a live feed of the Championship this Saturday.

The 930am class at Array Yoga is canceled just on 3/25/19. The rest of the schedule is on as usual. Enjoy the Spring weather & we’ll see you in class!

Effective today 2/26/19, Tuesday & Thursday night classes will begin at 6:30pm (instead of 6pm). So now there is a 6:30pm class every night of the week accommodating to all levels of students.

As well Ayanna’s Classic Hatha Yoga class will now be part of the weekly regular schedule at Array Yoga Studio.

One announcement for today & more info about the Classic 84 Breakdown focus for this Sunday will be posted tomorrow.

The announcement for today ; The Yin & Yang Yoga class is moving to Tuesday night at 6pm. It will be in place of the Hatha Yoga Wild Card. This also means the first class on Saturday’s ( for now ) will be the Community class at 11:15am.

Another small schedule adjustment; the 10:30am class on Sundays is canceled while the Classic 84 Hatha Yoga Class Breakdown is in session the next 9 weeks.

All students are welcome to the Classic 84 Hatha Yoga class. This is a great chance to learn small things that add to your practice in big ways. Have a great weekend, and don’t forget Ayanna is still teaching her wonderful class at 12:30pm on Saturday.

Classic 84 Hatha Yoga Class Breakdown & Championship practice @ Array Yoga

Starting Sunday February 3rd Glenn Brown will be teaching the Classic 84 Hatha Yoga Class Breakdown for 9 straight Sundays ending March 31st. Each week will focus on a different series of postures from class. This gives students the opportunity to learn more about each pose in class, and to conquer the fears & anxieties of practicing more “advanced” yoga postures. This knowledge can help you find your deeper potential, and how to use every pose as therapy.

All students are welcome! The classes will be from 11 am to 12:30 pm, and will be immediately followed by a 30 to 45 minute Yoga Championship practice.

The 11 am to 12:30 pm class is $15, and the Championship practice is $5. Competitors are encouraged to come for both, but if you come for just the Championship practice make sure to come already warmed up for your competition series.

Regular packages apply for the Classic 84 Hatha class, but packages do not apply to the Yoga Championship practice.

We are offering special rate for those registered for the Yoga Championship – $150 for all 9 Classes & Championship practices .

We are adding this Saturday to the Classical Hatha Yoga class Select Saturday’s Winter sessions. So the remaining dates for Classical Hatha Yoga with Ayanna this winter are ; 1/26/19 , 2/2/19 , 2/9/19, and 2/16/19.

This is a great therapy class for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and yoga competitors. This particular class method will leave you relieved of the usual back & joint pain associated with being… human on Earth 😁.

This class is highly recommended for everyone, and as Ayanna would say ” This class is for everybody & every Body “.

Cost – $15 (packages apply)
