Traveling

Hello!

My family is traveling this week so we will not have the Tai Chi for Wellness classes on Thursday at 7pm, & Friday, July 30th & 31st, and Saturdays 11:45am Advanced Yoga, and 1:45pm Championship Practice.

We’ll be at the 2026 National Yoga Championship in State College Pennsylvania. You can check it out on the usayoga YouTube page Friday – Sunday.
