Yoga Championship Practice

The next season of the Yoga Championship is upon us. The video submissions for our Regional, which includes Indiana & Kentucky, are due by January 5th. Glenn Brown is a certified coach & judge, and will be offering a Yoga Championship practice schedule of 10 sessions to help those interested in preparing. His wife, Ayanna Brown, is also a certified coach & judge, and will be joining us for a few of these practices! As well, there will be the opportunity at each of these practices to go ahead & take your video for the video submission round.

The schedule & prices are as follows;

Saturday Dec. 22nd, 29th, and Jan. 5th from 12:15 to 1:45pm – cost $15 per session

Monday Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve from 10:30am to 12pm – cost $15

Friday Dec. 21st, 28th, and Jan. 4th from 4:30 to 6:15pm – cost $15

Thursday Dec. 27th & Jan. 3rd from 7 to 7:45pm – cost – FREE

Thursday’s are free because they are half the time, so we will due a brief warm up & down, and spend the majority of the time taking turns practicing our routines.

The Saturday & Sunday classes will have more thorough warm ups & downs based on the International Championship poses & the Classic 84 class, and will have more time for personal instruction & routine development.

The Friday classes are the usual Lionflow Yoga L2 class time. For these we will use the Lionflow Yoga L2 warm up & warm down, and practice our routines for a good 45 minutes or more in the middle of the class.

” I personally love training for the Championship to give me more focus & goals to strive toward. Not to mention the wonderful Yoga community you meet at the Regional, National, and International events. I highly encourage anyone who wants something more from their practice to join the Championship practices, and test themselves on the stage. ” says Glenn Brown

You can come to one or all of the practices, the is no obligation. This endeavor is purely about your own personal motivation.

Private lessons are also available. Jay contact Glenn Brown at 812-207-1192 ( text or call ), or arrayyogastudio@gmail.com
