Ayanna Brown ( my beautiful wife 😁 ) , will be teaching her wonderful Classical Hatha Yoga class at Array Yoga on select Saturdays.
Here is the January & February schedule for Classical Hatha Yoga with Ayanna ;
Day – Select Saturday’s
Dates – 1/19 , 2/2 , 2/9 , and 2/16
Time – 12:30 – 2 PM
Cost – $15 ( packages apply )
This class is based on her private practice & research of the methodology for a therapeutic, classical approach to posture alignment, sets, and sequencing.
This wonderful class is for all levels, and all bodies. It is not a hot class, but will be warm & comfortable. Though you will get a physical exercise, the class is more based on therapy for the joints, and the mindful use of postures for therapy.
For all those familiar with Ayanna, and know she owns & operates a Bikram Yoga studio also here in New Albany. Breathe easy, this class does not alter, or effect her usual class schedule at her own studio.. just fyi. 😉
This coming Saturday is the first scheduled time, so I hope you join us for this wonderful class experience with one of the most experienced teachers around.
